1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Exclusions: Certain products such as opened/used wearables, gaming products, or products that are customized may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
Our team will guide you through the return process, which includes returning the product to our return address. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method (cash on delivery payment).
- Conditions: Refunds will only be processed if the returned item is in resalable condition, and all required packaging and accessories are included.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately, preferably within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping charges, based on the circumstances.
5. Cancellations

- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a reason other than damage or defect, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
